Is there anything that Beyonce isn't doing? As well as being a mum, international superstar, wife and idol to millions, amongst other things, she has now created fitness and lounge wear brand Ivy Park. I have recently been lucky enough to do some temporary work for Topshop, who launched the Ivy Park brand with Queen Bey, and so have had a wonderful fly on the wall insight into the inner workings of the people behind the clothes you should be getting fit in. The pieces in the collections are made from fabrics that keep all your parts in place and support you while being breathable and long-lasting. Admittedly some of the pieces may be a little more than you want to spend on your gym clothes, but they are pieces that will survive all the sweating and squatting, and you still can wear some of them on a night out or with a pair of jeans. The stylish leotards, shorts, sweats and tops can all be intergrated into your everyday wardrobre, as well as your fitness one.“It’s really the essence: to celebrate every woman and the body she’s in while always striving to be better,” Beyonce explains about her thoughts behind Ivy Park. “It’s not about perfection. It’s about purpose. We have to care about our bodies and what we put in them.”
